Considering this is a second chance finance company they have been really good to work with.. I can't complain.. Nick is always fair and you know overall after 30 months I must say they make the payment process easy.. I think as long as your making the effort and doing your part they do their part. Shane W.

Ok so yeah the lady did inform me that I was late on my payment. I let her know that I would pay on Friday. She told me no & that the car would be repoed. Once talking to some guy in collections he was nice. I made my payment 16 days later with no problem. I mean I understand ppl have a job & her job is to stay solid no matter what. In the end everybody got what they needed. They received their payment & I got to pay the day I promises them.

This business is just like everyone has experienced. Customer service does not exist. Very rude females abound here. Stay away! They think because you are Credit challenged they can treat you any kind of way and you don't have options. Take other options you will be glad you did. I too give 0 Stars if 1 was not required.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Custome service I called today and spoke to Ramona who was EXTREMELY RUDE to me for no reason when I told her she was rude her exact words were "it doesn't matter what you think...we don't have customer service here" I almost passed out I couldn't believe she spoke those words to me on the phone. I told her that I am going to pray for her...smh...UNBELIEVABLE that someone could be sooooo rude. Zero stars from me!!!

I had not experienced horrible customer service with them until I spoke with Delores this morning. I politely tried to tell her that she was being rude and that she needed to possibly correct that as the day has just started. Very unprofessional! If people have been complaining about this long, they really should fire her!! I'm only rating because I'm required to.

Don't walk...run!!!!

I purchased a car from Carplex on Wednesday...went to this rude ppl on Thursday to sign paperwork... Started having problems with the car on Saturday... Got a call from Carplex on Tuesday saying I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW 4800 MOTOR....called consumer mortgage to find out what could I do n was told call the car lot...eventually after going back and forward with bout was told nothing jux make my payments....so when they didn't get they payment someone calls me to find out how was the car running n when would I be making a payment... My response never y'all are nothing but a scam n the car lots u deal with are too...filed complaints against them..don't deal with this company r Carplex they Dont care about their customers after money has been exchanged

This company is horrible very rude females. The female there acts like she gave me the money to finance my car. Her name is Delores. Lady I don't owe you I owe the company YOU work for. Just answer my questions with professionalism. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I did business with these people. They don't even deserve a tenth of a star.

Horrible service !

I purchased a car & a few weeks later received a welcoming call that wasn't at all welcoming . The payment dates were set up wrong so when I asked to change them back to the original I was given the worst attitude ever . I thought that was it but it gets worse . I've paid my car note on time EVERY month for the 8 months I've had it but still have received nasty voicemails concerning my insurance information . I missed an insurance payment by 3 days so when they sent a letter to Cmc for possible cancellation the threats began . I've received several letters with handwritten address threatening to take my car! Their customer service is horrible & I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy ! Every time I've called for help they are just very rude people !

This company is not deserving of ANY STARS!! They have no consideration of circumstances or hardships. HEARTLESS, RUDE PEOPLE!! We were only 1 month behind as my husband was laid off and was just starting another job to which was explained to them with a promise date in only 3 days of past due payment and yet they still decided to REPO!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? I AM GLAD THEY DID TOO so we will never have to deal with these people again!! Funny thing we went to get personal items from place where they took vehicle to which they complained about this company and the place where we bought a NEW VEHICLE also complained about this company!! They are well on thier way to winning WORLDS WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY!! Beware folks!

this business does not deserve a star. If you want to be talked down to and if you want be set up for failure- then you can do business with this company because that’s exactly what they do……..Set you up! You will be disrespected anytime and every time you call. The lady with the smoky voice should be the owner of this company because she acts like it. She is the car Nazi! My only advice if you are in desperate need of a car and you fall in this hell hole..........pay your bill on time and don't deal with them at all because you will be disappointed every single time. Tell all your friends not to do business with these folks- they are so unprofessional. In their opinion since you are a second hand risk- you deserve the dirt treatment. (I gave it a star because I was required to do so on YP)

Please do not use this company for anything. I have a contract with them for my vehicle and the customer service is horrible. I called to ask them if I could get just a few days to pay my note and was given the WORST attitude possible. The workers there are horrible and talk to you like you are lower than dirt. I have never received such bad treatment. If you can find someone else to finance you, please do so. This company is horrible.

Horrible Customer Service, Very Disrespectful

I have a car financed through this company and I wish I could give it BACK. The customer service is horrible, I recieved no documentation in the mail of when my payment is due my balance or anything and when I called them I got straight attitude and disrespected. This is a second chance finance company so they feel that their customers deserve to be treated poorly. I was told my payment was due on the 19th but when I called on the 18th for confirmation (3rd call) I was told I should pay on the 16th; which is fine but the lady (with the smokers voice) told me if I didnt pay before noon my car would be repo'd. This really through me through a loop and caught me off gaurd. I told them I could pay afternoon because Iwas not at my desk and the interrogation began....



I still have not recieved anything in the mail, I am so unhappy with the company I do not even want to pay them, I have never been treated so poorly. I guess that is just how they operate.





I was shocked at the disrespect I recieved, due to their ERROR. If you can choose another company please do, you will receive disrespect and tons of attitude here this is my first payment and I am so unhappy with this company. What can I do??? I am stuck in this contract.



So I will just pay early since I have the correct date, to avoid speaking to them again!
