ConocoPhillips Company is an international energy company. It is the third-largest integrated energy company in the United States, based on market capitalization, oil and gas proved reserves and production and one of the largest refiners in the United States. It is a non-government controlled company and recognized for its technological expertise in deepwater exploration and production, reservoir management and exploitation, 3-D seismic technology, high-grade petroleum coke upgrading and sulfur removal throughout the world. James J. Mulva has been the chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips for more than seven years. He has been with the company for 33 years.
