I saw Victoria, Lyane and Dr. Beard today. The team eas excellent and caring. They explained every step of the visit and at every point asked if I was OK and comfortable. Dr. Beard performed some in-house surgery and she was gentle and patient as well as careful. The best part of the visit was that she sat with me in her office and just chatted about my health concerns and that was calming and helped to build a rapport between us. That was especially appreciated because she is dealing with a private and intimate body part. Excellent experience.
