Terrible experience at CSS just now. My home was flooded and need to move belongings out. Came in to view their spaces but needed an estimate first to submit to my insurance company to pay for the storage. Terry was very helpful, cheerful and had written me an estimate and was ready to help me get in ASAP. We were almost done and I asked that they simply add the date before I submit it when Tom Hollywood, the location manager, started yelling at me telling me they couldn't add the date and violently ripped the finished contract out from underneath my hands and ripped it up and told me to get out. I was afraid he would get even more violent and wondered if he might be intoxicated from his red eyes. I am appalled they treat new potential customers this way. I went to another business and quickly found out Tom's history and reputation are already well known in the area. They said renters have been moving out to get away from Tom. I left shaken, in tears and concerned for my safety.
