I returned a UHAUL truck to this location on 11/05/15 at about 9:30pm. I have been renting Uhaul Trucks for more than 30 years.I paid 157.00 cash when I picked up the truck from a 66 gas station on the above date. I received an additional charge of 39.00 dollars on my Credit card 11/06/15 indicating that the truck wasn't clean and the fuel level was below 7/16. Where it was when I rented it. So, I went to Community Storage on Fry and 290 in Cyress. I ask the manager why I was charged for cleaning and fuel. She told me that the truck was dirty on the passenger side with mud on the floor. I then explained to her that I was the only one in the truck and I had even looked on that side. Also, I explained to her that the guy who I picked it up from said that he was having problems with a homeless man getting in the truck. So l asked her if they had cleaned the truck and another lady behind the counter said no. So I said, you chared my card and it's not been cleaned. Wow this is a way that this storage robs customers!
