This is by far one on the nicest properties in the area. I have lived here for about 4yrs and have no major complaints. The office and maintenance staff is always available and have always been nice to me and my family. Its very peaceful and quiet at night. I would reccommend Colony Oaks to anyone!

I do not recommend this place. When I was living there I was robbed in the parking lot and the manager is very nice to you when you are going to sign the lease contract, but once you are living there the service is pretty bad. When you leave, they make all kind of charges for damage and extra fees.

I was a resident at this location and had one of the best experiences I have ever had with the staff of the property. In the Bellaire area, this is by far one of the prettiest properties I have seen. I think that the builder must have saved every tree he could when he built it, because it is like a small national park. I would highly recommend living at this beautiful community!
