This company reflects the epitome of lack of professionalism. My neighbor recommended them to me. I called, asked for a quote, and the lady replied I'll call you right back. After a week later, I had to call them back. I explained what happened last week, she apologized and said she would get me a quote and call me right back. Two weeks past, no phone call. Silly me, I called back AGAIN. I explained to the lady about my two previous experiences and she apologized profusely, told me I had to get a bid. I finally got and accepted a bid. Colonial said they'd be out in a couple of days but they would call first. I've NEVER heard from them since and this has been over a couple of months. Please, please don't waste your valuable time with this poor excuse for a professional company!
