THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I called to ask about sending an envelope, & an employee gave me information about it; when I called again -two days later- to confirm the price, this guy Jorge Herrera, in a very rude way from the beginning, told me a different information about it; because the wrong information the first incompetent employee gave me, I couldn't send the package on time. Then the worst came: that VERY RUDE Jorge Herrera guy called me a liar, telling me that no employee of that place could have told me any wrong information; he didn't want to hear my complain about it, he put my call on hold several times for long periods of time to make me quit the call, & end up scolding me, yelling at me that he has customers to attend (then, what am I?...)& hanging up the phone on me TWICE!!!! What a shame for Colombian people!!!!!
