I don't really right reviews, but felt the need to give much respect to Joe and the Collision King staff. My car doesn't even look or drive like it was in an accident. I am very pleased with the professionalism from the whole Collision King Family... Joe, I thank you again for making what was supposed to be stressful experience... an experience that I would recommend to anyone whose car needs to be taken are of the right way. Thank You

I am in the middle of a claim for an accident that I got in TWO weeks ago . So Collision King calls me about 3 days later telling me that I need to come in and fill out paperwork and as I read over it I CLEARLY stated to let my insurance come take over . my insurance called me for a straight week and told me they cannot locate my vehicle and someone gave them a COMPLETELY different address , so I gave my insurance the correct one and they STILL couldn't find it. then about a day later they said it was across the street or whatever that means ... then they told me I had to verbally release my vehicle to them and I've told my insurance SEVERAL times that I told JOE to release it but his story and the insurance stories don't match up and of course I'm going to believe my insurance because I pay them every month . Joe told me someone from my insurance came to look at it already but NO ONE HAS BECAUSE HE IS NOT TRYING TO RELEASE IT TO THEM. I WISH my car was NEVER towed there !!!!!

I would never consider taking my car there to get fixed . It was my worst experience bringing my car to this place . They took a long time to get it fixed , n wasn't satisfied with the crappy work .

I absolutely WARN anyone that may even consider having their car repaired at this place to know that these people are in business ONLY because of their tow yard. It is, you would think, convenient to leave your car here since it's already here (if you were towed here). They use this guy (and maybe others) Jesse, who is a good sales man. He makes promises that he never keeps, and does NOT call back. After you leave your vehicle here, you are lucky if you get it in under a month. Mine took a month and a half for a side bender repair. They got as much money out of the insurance as possible. I would call and would have to physically go there to get any sort of feedback from them on my car. Do not make the mistake I made. I have NEVER received such bad service and been ignored like I did when I left my vehicle here.

I encountered a car accident back on January 5, 2013 on my then brand new Honda Civic si 2012. A particular towing truck towed my car to Collision King. I went there and tried to pick up my wrecked car to Honda or Toyota but Alex Kaawach, Manager, started to entice me in living my vehicle there by offering to help me with my deductible. I stupidly felt into his trap and left my car. After many complaints with the BBB and trying to solve this issue, I decided to take it legally. The reason was that COLLISION KING, did not repair my vehicle properly. On the contrary, they caused additionally damaged to my car. Body paint is SLOPPY, Scratched my car INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. Missing parts that they didn't put together. Lied about putting GENUINE HONDA PARTS. The owner Allen Suleiman is a lier and a scammer. He is very unprofessional and a scum bag. Today my lawyer and I WON my LAWSUIT against COLLISION KING. I am satisfied that I caused money spent to the defendant. However, I did not get the amount that I was seeking and that I believe would have been fairly amount to repair the DAMAGES that COLLISION KING did on my vehicle. Please, DO NOT , DO NOT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people or company. They are a bunch of INCOMPENTENS and LIERS. They are a bunch of SCUMS BAGS that will do anything to make you believe to leave your vehicle with them. DO NOT do BUSINESS with them. I sued them and I won my case. I could have appeal more and take them to another court so I could get the amount I was seeking but it's okay. God is my final Judge and he will take care of them. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO COLLISION KING. WORST BODY
