Horrible company. Cheap products not professional grade made out of plastic and or cheap material. Company does not honor warranty. Beyond the repair tech is undertrained and very poor with customer service skills. Owner Thomas got on the phone when I had a complaint about there warranty and cussed me out them threatened me and hung up on me. I have purchased multiple units from this company and had problems with every unit to date I have purchased. This company should be put out of business and has no right selling to the general public. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Texas attorney general. Come to find out I am not the first to feel mistreated. I hope you don’t become the next.
