Brilliant!

These guys are the real deal..with the design input and professionalism from Jasmine, my house looks like a million bucks. From the master bedroom closet to living room cabinets...practically had my whole house done and couldn't be happier. They are the way to go. Totally worth investing in, materials used are great, worth every penny spent. Kudos!

We had a very positive experience with the 'Closet Factory'. We had their system installed in the master closet of our new house in February of 2014. The designer who worked with us, Carolyn Lowrie, was excellent. Her design made made it possible to build the closet the way we had envisioned it. Our closet is only 83 inches wide, yet, we did not want to install an open hanging system. We prefer doors in front of our hanging units. Carolyn listened to our needs, inspected our closet in the townhouse we lived in during construction, and translated our ideas and wishes into her design. It was perfect. Her design utilizes the space to an optimum, it looks great and it is still a spacious closet. The installation also went well. - When she came to our house for the estimate, we were close to the move-in date but had not decided on a closet system. She was able to work our order in quickly due to a cancellation. Delivery and installation happened as scheduled. The two installers worked all day, were careful with the product they delivered and did a good job. There was one issue afterwards. The sliding door to the closet was damaged during installation but the company sent a carpenter who was skilled and experienced. He repaired the door perfectly. Closet Factory carried the costs for repair and repainting of the door. We are very pleased with our master closet.

I just got my fourth install completed yesterday. OMG! The cabinets in my office/craft room are even better than I imagined. I have floor to ceiling cabinets and I love them. I trust Rebecka's designs since this was her third design for me. She listens to her customers and makes sure the customer is satisfied. She comes to look at the install after it is finished which lets me know that she is concerned about her customer's happiness.



All of the installers I have had the opportunity to watch have been very easy to work with. They clean up after the install and do not mind you watching them work and ask questions.



I love the Closet Factory!

I can't say enough good things about Julie Green and the installers, Luis and Robert. Julie listened to exactly what I indicated that I needed and came up with a design that worked. I needed an organized way to store all the sports equipment for my boys...football pads and helmets, baseball gloves, bats, buckets of balls, etc... I needed a Sports Center for all the equipment that was laying around in various places around the house. Julie listened attentively and was so patient and professional. The installers cleaned up everywhere. You couldn't even tell that they had been there. I will definitely be recommending Julie and Closet Factory to all my friends and family members.

kim klemme was amazing, professional and delivered on time; we have been very happy with our new master closet and definitely will use closet factory as we expand our renovations in the home!
