I came to this clinic on sunday my son and me, i went for a physical exam for immigration and my son was very sick, my son has a cut on his left foot he needed a td vaccine as the medical assistant was giving him a shot the medical assistant gave my son a mmr instead, the staff and doctor Mattioli are very rude and mean to everyone specially the children, after the vaccine, she took my son to the exam room to draw blood from my son, as i was walking to the room, i decided to look into the room Dr. Mattioli was holding my son on the bed with her hand on my sons neck she quickly acted like nothing was happening, i just got my son and left then i realize i had no vaccines for the immigration package so i came back to the clinic, the staff is rude and Dr.. Mattioli has no Proffesionalism toward the patients. the medical assistant told me they had no vaccines at the moment so i could not get my vaccines at the moment that they were waiting for the city of houston vaccine for children to send them the vaccines, everything i saw here is illegal. as my experience Guadalupe Clinic staff is rude and unproffesional.

I came to Guadalupe clinic on Saturday 09/24/16 with my doughter she had an ear infection, as I was in the room waiting for 2 hours I heard a conversation that got my attention,one of the medica assistrant stated she does not have a medical assistan license the clinic is under probation, Dr. Mattioli its in probation with the texas state board, she is is not aloud to offer injections of any kind vaccines for children investigated the doctor for charging vaccines to the patients instead of giving them away for needed children, as I was walking out the room the doctor came in saw my doughter and offer me an injection for my doughter the medical assistant came in with injection and medication bottle, lincocin bottle was expired motrin 400mg was expired. Dr. Mattioli apologies to me for this incident, I just looked at her and left this clinic. I am not coming back to this clinic. people please becareful with this clinic. Horrible customer service ever ! My parents were here today and they had them waiting for almost 2 hours the receptionist which was the assistant too was very rude to them, she keep telling them "it will be a long time still" . never going back there.
