I have been going here for 6 years. They are slow, they don't return phone calls and as of late they don't even have a direct line to the Greens Pointlocaion office. I need surgery and have been waiting since last year for a referral...now, I can't walk. They need to be shut down!!!!

Its very Unprofessional, The greeter Krystal not in uniform pants with the scrub shirt. It was not a saturday I know they where pants only on sat. Ive been there on and off and this girl was plain rude, first I told her my problems she rolled her eyes, second I forget to mention something and she starts going off in spanish. This girl does not belong there. I asked for the smiling girl and she no longer works there, Im so disappointed they replaced her with an angry person. That girl has got to go no respect no courtesy. Plain rude she is hurting that clinics reputation.

These people are slow, makes all kinds of mistakes, send in incorrect information, have you wait for 3 and 4 hours sometimes. Boarding on malpractice.

Your treating physician will be Dr Clark but you will never meet, see or hear from the person. Never addressee your real issues, lies and goes along with what ever the set up is.

Will make your problem worst. Staff (in my case) was less knowledgable than I am and won't take responsibility for their mistakes.
