Well, after fleeing the state of Georgia to escape a bad marriage (one that could have gotten anulled had I stayed in Ga. ). I found myself in need of a divorce. After a year of contacting lawyers and dealing with my so called "husband" saying he would take care of it (that was never going to happen, he was just trying to prevent the divorce to be difficult). I filed for a divorce in early June 2011 and was assigned to the 245th court. Judge Roy Moore, I never actually had to have any dealings with him so I don't know much about him. However I did end up going before Diane Guariglia. Associate Judge. I must say I was very suprised everything went smoothly and the judge was very plesant to deal with. I wish more Judges were like this, I'm not just saying this because it went my way. She just did not have that arrgonant God playing attitude displayed by a lot of people who hold positions of power. It was refreshing.



However my fiance ended up with the misfortune assignment of his divorce getting court 257. Yikes! Since that is still ongoing I will hold off on that sweet little review for the time being

I got transfered by about ten different angry people before i had to talk to one.
