Love city west. I feel safe what a great community floor plans are gorgeous. I would recommend to anyone

City west is a nice looking property but the customer serive is horrible and as much as u pay in rent they cant even get a security officer. Several apartments have been broecken into and many cars stolen and brocken into including mine. I went to notify the office and she said....it happens. The office staff (especially the manager and assistant manager) are unorganized and very unprofessional. They seem nice when you tour the apartments ....then once u move in u will experience the worst customer service you have ever encountered. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE !!!I also put ina request to have my stove fixed....3weeks later i could cook. They also have a trash problem ...GROSE. City West is one of those places where they look nice and have nothing else going.
