We went yesterday, the food was horrible. I passed up Popeye's because there line was long, got to Church's waited longer then I would have at the Popeye's AND spent more money, the chicken was awful.

Young African female at front counter, had a very ugly attitude. SHE IS A VERY UGLY PERSON!!! Asked her the cost of half gallon tea in refrigerator behind counter, because I did not see the price listed on the board where the price of most items are usually listed. She shrugged her shoulders and smacked her lips, like come on don't you see the price on the tea dispenser. I would have never known to look there for the price. She should not be in customer services. It is the wrong place for her to be. If you can't respond to customers in a polite manner, I feel you should be removed, because it is very good way to destroy a business. Too many other places to choose to eat at. Don't have to put up with that foolishness!!!!!!!!!!

staff is rude and discourteous. If you ask to substitute an item they act like you are making life difficult for them. With all the great chicken places nearby - KFC almost across the street, and Popeye's down the street, I will not be giving my business to these people anymore. I encourage people to spend their money where they get decent service, decent food and most of all courteous and friendly staff.
