Provided by YP.comMessed up my order. Order sent back twice to fix it. Manager Jay was suppose to take care of it on my next delivery but he is not there. The other manager Wayne refused to help the situation and basically said it was nothing he could do. Worst experience at chilis.

Provided by YPmobileTook over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Less then 2 dozen customers, so they weren't busy. Another 20 minutes or so to get food. One of the kids' orders was scorching hot, the other was warm, and they had the same thing. Not our first poor experience here, but they were busy the last time.
