I have been so pleased with the learning center. I could not imagine taking my child to another center. I have one daughter that used to go here until she was of age and could not. I also have a 5 year old that has been going here since she was 3 months old. The teachers are great and we look at most of them like family, and they treat my kids like family. The way the teachers work with the kids really helps them get ready for their journey to elementary school and forward. The school age facility at Ste. 108 is no longer in that building. It is at Ste. 145. If you are curious, just contact the director of the facility, she is a wonderful woman and really cares.

My experience at ChildTime Jones Road was not good. The director stands by while the employees are overwhelmed when caring for the children. The child to teacher ratio is too high. The teachers are not able to handle the workload. There is chaos and the children are routinely exposed to negative attitudes along with yelling. I have seen the yelling with the director present on more than on occasion which gave me the impression that this type of behavior by the staff was condoned and possibly encouraged. The environment is not conducive of raising confident children. I would stay away from ChildTime.
