worst chick fil a ever

I love chick fil a & have never had a bad experience until I went to this one. The service was horrible. The employees were rude. I didn't hear "my pleasure" at all. When we finally got our food it was wrong. When we got our fixed food it was still wrong. Terrible & very disappointing. I know chick fil a has very high standards for their employees, that's why they get paid so much better than McDonalds employees. So I don't know what this operator has going on. I will stick to the amazing chick fil a in Katy!
