Bought the epoxy gun and tubes, and it is one of the best products I have ever used. Combined, these two make for a surprisingly fast and easy installation.

Wow, these guys are great. I hired a contractor to re-do my staircase and it ended up costing me a leg and an arm. After my buddy asked me to help him do his staircase we actually took the time to look around for the best deal. Cheap stair parts has by far some of the best prices on the web. Really glad we found them. Word of advice, if you are looking to redo your stairs yourself, buying the parts here will save you time and money. I found this out the hard way.

I have never bought stair parts off of a website before, but it was a really good experience. I ordered a few square hammered balusters in the vintage brass finish.

From what I've experienced, this is the best way to buy stair parts. They have great products, low prices, and fast shipping. I enjoy being able to go online, place my order, and not have to directly deal with a sales person.

They have some really good products. I bought balusters to install for a large winding staircase. The material arrived on time and is much better quality than I expected.

I'm a builder who works mostly in the Denver area. I ordered parts from cheapstiarparts.com because my usual guys don't carry any square hammered material. I received the products yesterday, and I am so impressed. The quality of these balusters is amazing. I honestly wasn't looking for a new stair supplier, but that's exactly what I found!

I have just recently started ordering from cheapstairparts.com. The site is really easy to navigate, and the products are really high quality. Products usually get here within the same week that I purchase them.

Before ordering, I knew very little about stair parts. They really helped guide me through the whole process. I can't thank them enough for the excellent customer service and product quality.

Selection and quality were awesome. Shipping of parts ordered were on time and packaged well. I had emailed questions and received responses. Their website was easy to use. Only issue I have is cost of shipping for typical homeowners that are not purchasing freight quanitities. .

I ordered iron balusters for my staircase. Orders arrived very quickly within 3-4 days after placing order. Balusters were packed very well-each in a separate bubble wrap sleeve with additional bubble wrap between balusters. All balusters arrived in perfect shape. The shoes were in individual plastic bags so they would not rub against each other. Only problem with the shoes was that some of them had faulty set screws so had to order additional shoes. I apparently ordered the wrong finish shoes with the additional orders and received a phone call asking if that was what I wanted. Unfortunately the phone number I gave the company was my home phone not my cell phone. Since I was out of town to do this project I did not get the message in time. However I think they sent the correct finish not the one I mistakenly ordered. Not sure if I installed 2 shoes with a different finish--I think I would of noticed. The epoxy stated it was enough for 20 balusters--I got about 8-10 balusters for one tube so had to have additional tubes sent. Overall I am very happy with the company and I believe they have a quality product that is aesthetically pleasing. I had ordered samples from 3 other companies as well and their product was not nearly as uniform and pleasing as this company. I highly recommend this company.

Don't buy form anyone else! The hollow single basket and the double twist look and feel like solid wrought iron. Super easy to install, did the whole job for under $400 and the visual difference/ feel of the entryway is amazing.

Excellent quality and pricing. My only disappointment was the cost of shipping four extra items we needed to complete our project--over$20. When we placed our original big order, however, shipping was free. Would definitely use Cheap Stair Parts again!
