This is a nice place to live, and I am sad that I am not able to stay another year .

I really enjoyed my time at Chateaux Dijon. My apartment was cute and the perfect size. I loved having a big balcony. The complex is quiet, I never had a problem with my neighbors, and I loved the convenient location. I also loved how pet friendly the apartment is. I never had much of a roach problem beyond the occasional bug, and parking was never a problem for me or my guests.

I ended up here by accident but living here has been on of the greatest living experience at an Apartment community that I have ever experienced. The location is great. It is on the Metro bus route and is near great dining and shopping at the Galleria. And not to mention close to events and main attractions. But the best part of this place is the wonderful staff who angels in disguise. The amenities are great. There is a nice picnic area and huge barbecue grills, large clean pools 24 hour maintenance and a state of the art 24 hour fitness facility. And monthly food trucks like Whole Foods that was here today! I love it

The building is in the ideal location for anyone wanting to live in the Galleria area and needing quick access to the 610 and 69 FWY.

Galleria area living that's affordable and fairly comfortable, this large complex has been here since the 1960's.

I have lived at Chateaux Dijon for about 13 years. Great price for the Galleria, Maintenance is good. Never had a problem with rodents or roaches. It is being remodeled now and is looking really good. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Best part is I love my neighbors. We all love walking our dogs and getting to know each other. No complaints here!

I have lived here for over 6 years now .

I moved here from West Texas back in October with only seeing the place online so I took a chance moving here and I have to say that I was quite impressed with the place once I arrived!

I feel quite safe here and the neighbors and the staff are so friendly!

The place is pet friendly too and has little areas of grass out front by the sidewalk for your dog to use and also little "dogi pottis" are conveniently provided with bags to use to clean up after your pet.

The price is great also considering the location (which is in a nice area and so close to the Galleria).

The grounds are really pretty as well, with the trees forming a canopy over the street running along the front of the apartments as well as the foliage along the walkways leading to the different apartments...very tropical looking.

Value in every aspect. Best value in Houston. The manager (John) takes a personal interest in every resident. My apartments was renovated before I moved in with the highest quality of flooring, fixtures and appliances. My friends are extremely impressed with my apartment and are waiting to move here when their current lease expires. His selection of friendly neighbors provides a sense of security along with a very peaceful community. His monthly news letters are entertaining and insightful. I highly recommend this property to anyone that would enjoy high standards while living in a small quiet elite apartment community.

Great value for price per square foot. If you like high ceilings, crown molding, patio or balcony, gas stove and some very interesting floor plans (think 2/2 with walk around closet) this is the place. It's an older property but they are doing a nice job with it. These are not the same old cracker box motel-type apartments, these have charm and closets.



Chateaux location is perfect for getting anywhere inside or outside loop and minutes from 610 and 59. A block off Richmond, It's quiet and tree-lined. New management is a dream to deal with thus far; maintenance is ON IT. No complaints

Staff for the most part is really good. I just submitted 2 maintenance requests so I can't rate that currently. They are still making improvements. It is quiet friendly neighbors rent can be a little steep but overall it is a great place to live and relax. Gay and pet friendly like I have never seen before. If you don't like it then move out and pay another 5 to 7k a month.

The rent is incredibly priced considering the area we live in. My wife and I have lived here for more than 7 years overall. We will find it challenging to justify moving to a house. Most of my neighbors have been here for well more than 5 years and that alone is a testimony to our community. If you choose to dwell on the age of the complex and not appreciate it, then move around the corner and pay $1,800 for a 1,100 square foot apartment that you will hear all conversations in the next apartment.

My wife and I were shown a lovely place on the south side by a nice employee. Chateaux Dijon has a huge fan base of long-term renters, plus applicants apparently lined up to take the apartment we had signed for

When visited the complex to look at an apartment, the staff was very courteous, friendly, and most helpful

The Chateaux Dijon is filled with ecletic business people, artists, and small families. Every one of our neighbors are fantastic. We get to know each other, have social gatherings together, and have built a significant network for business and pleasure. The apartments themselves are not your normal cookie cutter, thin walled, small, sterile (yet new)apartments. They have character and you can add just about any improvement you want with approval from management. That alone is exceptional.

Great place to live and I've been here over 10 years .

I do remember what they were like before the renovation and still I will stand behind recommending them to anyone else. I have had 3 friends move in the apartments who have either married or moved away for work and we still talk about the days we all lived there. I constantly have comments from visitors on how quiet and peaceful the apartments are. And I agree I live near the castle and I am not sure if I even have neighbors since I dont hear them. With that said, it has very friendly neighbors and it never fails that I am being waved hello or someone is saying good morning/afternoon as I pass them by when I am walking around. (I dont know them but its always nice to see a smiling face) I am not sure how many kids live in the complex but I have not seen many, but I can count them with one hand. DOGS! very cute ones too! they have dog friendly areas all around the complex. I know what the apartments looked like before and after and I can say they are a HUGE improvement, aesthetically speaking. Its unfortunate that some have not had my experience with these apartments, all I can say is that I have lived in other apartments and NONE have been perfect, but if you are looking for longevity and place to call home. (like I have) Chateux has it!

Excellent maintenance service, quick and efficient. Nice community. Great value for rent .

Good thing about this place is the location.
