I have lived in Chartwell Courts for nearly four years now and this is the very best place to live. I have had no complaints and when I need something done in my apartment it is always done in a timely manner. The staff is so very nice and very kind to the tenants. I recently lost my sister to breast cancer and I went into the office to let them know that I would be out of town for about a week and they told me that they would keep an eye on my apartment. There are not many apartment management offices would offer that type of service to their tenants. So, I give a Thumbs up to the manager and everyone that works at Chartwell Court Apartments. It is a great place to live and it is very well kept and quiet which is what has kept me there for nearly four years.N. A.Satisified

I was displaced by a fire at my home and needed to locate an apt. that would least to me month to month. After visiting several places and being turned down they were very kind to make my renting experience pleasant. I was very impress with the location and the community as well as the security on site.
