Provided by YP.comi hired Charles to help me out with a unlawful carry case. He told me he would be able to get my wife's pistol back for me and help me with my case. He ended up helping me out and the pistol got released to him. He told me to call him the next week to get the pistol back. I have been trying to get in touch with him for over 3 months now and has been ignoring my calls. I have tried calling his office and leaving a message to set up an appointment but I never get called back.
I represented you for possession of drugs and carrying a weapon while high and possessing drugs. I got one of your charges dismissed and a small tap on the wrist for the other. The Judge forfeited your weapon because you are not allowed to be high with guns. When the Judge forfeited your weapon, it was awarded to me as Attorney's fees because your case finished with me being owed money (per your contract) for fixing a bond forfeiture because you missed court. In addition, I would lose my law license and be arrested for circumventing a court order if I gave you a gun back that a judge ORDERED be taken away from you. Lie all you want, but those are the facts. Anyone with access to the County Clerk's office or website can see an actual copy of the Court's Order.

Provided by YP.comI am a paralegal of 30 years. So, I know the business and I know lawyers. I hired Charles for my son, who was facing 7-10 years in prison ... he was only 16 at the time. Charles took great care of me and him. My son did not have to serve any prison time and received probation. I happy to say he will successfully complete his probation in a couple of months. None of this would have happened had Charles not taken care of us the way he did. Good guy and good lawyer. I highly recommend!!

Mr. Johnson and his staff handled my case very well. This was my first time needing a criminal attorney and they walked me through the process from bond to dismissal.
