Rude and Poor Follow-up Service-Avoid Going to This Boutique!

I called this boutique to order and ship two items. I spoke to a sales clerk who took all the information, said he would call me back to finalize the transaction. I waited several hours then called again before they closed that day. Found out he went home and he has never called me back to even apologize for his lapse. This is not the first time I have had Cold, Rude and just plain Bad service at this boutique. I called another Chanel Boutique that same day and had it purchased and shipped to me within the hour. I would not recommend shopping there.
