Absolutely the WORST customer service I have dealt with. When you are a boss, by the way her name is Pam, of a company and a customer calls you frustrated, the one thing you SHOULD NOT do is get an attitude with the customer, yet that is exactly what I got. These people really are rude and inconsiderate and I suggest to anybody that has their service to drop them and anybody looking to go through them please do not. I would hate for anybody else to deal with them.

Worst Company Ever

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional and very rude. All they care about is collecting your money. Only giving this company one star because it won't allow me to rate them with zero stars.

I agree with the other 2 complaints- this water disctrict is horrible and something should be done. My water bill is completely outrageous (400.00??)There are no options in this area.

This company is horrible! Liar...

This company is horrible! Liars, crooked, you name it! A few years ago, we were not in the habit of a water bill, as we had been in an apt. They turned water off, and told me to be at their office (35 miles away) by 3:00 and they would take my payment. I rushed down there with my check, but before 3:00 when I got there, their security guard woule not let me in! Also, the water here in Rolling Forest had an extremely smelly Clorine to it..After their lying tech went back to their office and said nothing is wrong, I called the PUC at the State of TX who came out and checked. Champs lied about my asking ONE TIME for owner, but they told PUC I called every day many times! Also, when the tech came out, he said when standing at my kitchen sink there was a problem, but Champs said there was not! For the second time, they said they did not receive my payment mailed over ten days ago - I believe they do this so they can get the extra fee for customer being late. I was not late! Where is my letter? It didn't come back, and the other time it didn't come back. We have been in this subdivision for 10 years. I hate this company! By the way, all those calls for the owner they said I made, guess what? HE or SHE NEVER called! They have a zero rating!

Pray You Aren't Forced to Use this Company

I have lived in my subdivision for almost 12 years. For the first 10 years there were water hydrants with no water running out of them. Houses were burning to the ground. Champs would not fix the problem! It is a low income subdivision. The water bill is triple that of City of Houston's water. They overcharge, they change your due dates based on when you typically pay. In other words, if you typically pay on the 14th of the month and you've done that a while because your due date is the 16th, before you know it, your due date will be moved to the 13th. If your water is disconnected for any reason it doesn't matter how soon you pay them, they cut it back on when they get ready to. This company has the lowest standards of business practices that I have ever dealt with.
