Not sure if last review was for Certified Restoration that restored my house - it caught fire on 1/1/11 and I initially went with a diff restoration co - that was a mistake. After not getting anywhere for 2 months, I talked to several restoration co. before settling on CRI, after speaking w/David Norman. All I can say is that he and Michael have been phenomenal and extremely patient with me & wife since we were simply overwhelmed w/what needed to be done (we changed our minds alot). The whole house was gutted and we were so glad that they helped us through the entire, arduous process. They explained what was going on, why it was going on, and what else to expect. We ran into delays due to the city (plan approval, etc) but they explained it to us and kept us informed. 1000 characters is not enough for the extent of what we went through, so if you need further details, you can email me at khoiler at yahoo. I have no problems recommending them or sharing my experience.

Certified Restoration is Bad news.1. charged 3 times the estimate2. some things returned were damaged or moldy3. some of my belongings were not returned at all!,4. nor was I compensated for the belongings not returned by Certified Restoration
