Bought new car SRX 16 weeks ago car been in their shop for 8 weeks for issue in the back end. Offered new car since they can't fix it but want me to pay 8,000 for it. Seriously you think that's the appropriate answer? I just spent 40,000 16 weeks ago on a car they sold and we see how they stand behind it!

This was a great experience. I traded a Volvo for the SRX and was never treated this nicely at the Volvo dealership. I would definitely recommend Stewart Cadillac to my friends.

Stewart Cadillac not only has pre owned vehicles but they also have new vehicles, my family and I decided to purchase a Cadillac CTS for my graduating daughter… I automatically told them that I was looking for one car and one car only. I walk in very scared knowing this is my first time purchasing a vehicle. I noticed that a sales rep was headed my way once I walked in the door. He greeted me with such kindness and asked me if I needed help, of course I said yes because I had no clue what was going on and what was gonna happen. Before we sat down he offered me something to drink. At that moment I really didn’t need anything, I just needed to know if I can get a car or not… not to sound pushy but I think that’s what ppl would normally go to a dealership… He asked me if I was nervous and I said yes and I don’t want anyone to take advantage of me. So I had my guard up way before I walked in. Little did I know they only wanted to help me out… I learned so much about buying a car and credit wise.
