I was in and out about 30 minutes, affordable and excellent customer service. Cheaper than the apple store. I would recommend checking them out.

Went in for a screen repair and was told it would be 3 hours. I received a phone call later saying that they had broken the Led and would need another 24 hours to receive the new piece. When we didn't hear from them the next day we went and was promised it would be done by 7:30 that night. Later I received another phone call saying they had received the wrong part and it would be a few more days. When we went to speak to them about it the manager was defensive and rude. He told us bad things happen and they just happened to me and that if I didn't like it I could take my phone, now broken worse then when I came in, and have it fixed somewhere else. I lost all confidence in the company after that, and was afraid they would break the phone or charge me extra for the part they broke. The day it was finally fixed they didn't call, and when we called the said it had been done for hours and he was too busy to call. If you are desperate for phone repair, there's a best buy across the street or another kiosk in the mall that was $10 more.



Tl;Dr- Broke piece in my phone, took 4 days instead of 3 hours, terrible customer service and rude manager, another kiosk feet away.
