WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! they have young girls fixing the phones who were doing nothing but talking on the phone and laughing the entire one they repaired my phone! so unprofessional! that was an immediate red flag. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I took in my iPhone 7 with minor scratches and cracks, and within a week of being “repaired” my phone screen literally is popping up because it wasn’t glued properly. my volume button is no longer any service to me, and my phone glitches a black screen a few times every hour, then after the glitch the entire phone won’t do any commands for the next few minutes or so; not to mention the exact same cracks and scratches appeared on the screen because they were never properly fixed in the first place. the price they put on Groupon is NOT an honest price, they make the prices so low so you will fall for it. if your lcd has been damaged, it’s an extra $35 added to your bill, even though that price is nowhere on the groupon nor website. if they break something in the process, it’s YOUR responsibility to pay for it, or you don’t receive your device back, I learned that the hard way. I went back to the shop shortly after noticing my new defaults, and the man who was working there sat on his chair and ignored each and every word I said. while I was speaking to him, he shushed me and spoke to another customer in line, then sat back down in his chair, and continued to ignore me untill I left. WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO PLAN ON GOING HERE TO SAVE THEIR MONEY!!!!

Came in to fix my cracked screen on my IPhone and within mins my phone was Fixed!!!!! Hopefully I don't have to see them again but if I do, I will definitely comeback. Thanks Mo for your awesome service.

Having my phone repaired here was a terrible experience! One thing to note- this place is different from cellphonerepairguys, this is cellphonerepairguyz with a "z", I fell for this. Due to the mix up, I took my phone to this place, and I don't want others to make the same mistake as me. The guy is never there when the store is supposed to be open, and if you call him, he will not answer. When I finally met him, he would always answer his phone while we were talking and would tell me to wait. Initially the man seemed very friendly, telling me things that he would later deny claiming, specifically about guarantees. This place does not guarantee anything in terms of function or appearance once the phone is returned. I had many issues with my phone, the repair was terrible: the screen was not properly glued down, messy glue all along the sides, it had scratches all over it, my phone could not sense my taps, the speaker on the top part of my phone had a hole in it, the screen had weird marks all across the bottom, etc. His recommendation was to clamp it down with binder clips, because "the glue had not finished drying"- its been a week and clamping it only fixes it for less than an hour. "There's a 14 day warranty on your phone"- this is false because when I came back he said I only had a max of 3 fixes, which "[he] was doing out of [his] kindness", even though he never did any repairs on my phone. If you tell him, "but last time you said-", he would deny it and twist his previous words around to make it seem as if I was at fault. If any parts of your phone is missing or broken when it previously was not, he has "no guarantee"! When I pushed him on for the repair (of the initial repair) of my phone, he asked me to leave the store. He claimed he has nothing to do with my phone anymore. He is also very rude in the way he responds to you, just wanting to rip you off for the money and does not care if your phone is working or not since he "repairs 100 phones a day". This was just overall a complete mistake and horrible repair. I do not recommend this place and I hope people stay away from here. I'm posting this on several different sites because I want to make sure people see this and don't make the same wrong decision as me.

Yeah, I don't ever leave reviews on places I go but this one was definitely worth writing a review! Customer service is horrible first of all. I drop my iPad 2 off with a cracked screen but in perfect working condition. The lady tells me it will be ready in 2 hours. She then txt me about an hour and a half later saying that my power button was also damaged and it gonna cost you $50 more. (Of course she broke the power button when taking the screen out) so when I arrived at 4pm and said I wasn't going to pay for something you broke, she agreed to replace it at no additional charge... But they would have to order the part because they didn't have any power buttons. It took her from Friday afternoon until Wednesday of the following week to have my tablet ready. Not only did she do a poor repair job with scratches and one edge not glued down properly, but she replace the original white face screen with a black face. So now my tablet has a black screen with a white "home" button!! I don't recommend them to anyone!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Took my daughter’s iPhone 5C there yesterday for a screen repair. I was unaware that Apple did screen repairs. If I had known, I would have went there initially. My mistake... The woman who helped me was very nice, but the repair she did on my daughter’s phone was awful. She put a thin layer of plastic on the phone and told me to keep it on for 30 minutes. Which I did. When I got back to my office and took the plastic off, I was shocked! It looked like someone took a fork and put scratches all down the 'new' screen. There was messy glue sticking out from the sides. The right side of the screen was raised higher and stuck out. The home button was crooked, and worst of all.. No response on the screen! With the exception of the bottom where you had to push hard!

Like I said, I had no idea that Apple did screen repairs. I wish I would have known. I ended up calling Apple for help, to which they told me that since I let a third party repair my phone they won't touch it. I went in after work to an Apple store and spoke to a manager who was very helpful and agreed to help me. Unfortunately, the repair job this place did was so awful, it damaged my daughter’s phone. They tried to repair the screen but could not get it to respond. I had to buy her a new phone, $292.00!!! Do not go here. I found them on Groupon and it said 95% of people recommend this place. I have no idea why. I am filing a complaint with BBB and for my $65.00 back. I should sue them for the new phone I had to buy!

Bad experience....iphone 5 screen repair...damaged phone during repair...fixed it finally but for more than expected $$$ and data lost...be sure to back up data before repair....assume they will break it so have back up phone plan ready...expect them to say groupon based fix will not work and pay more...
