This is the worse place to get your cell phone! They changed my contract without letting me know and now I'm binned by it! Their cell phone doesn't last more than 3 months. When I went to get it fix, they charge me $50. I never get the phone back and they tried to sell me another phone!! After I threatened to sue them, then they pull out another phone that is the exact same model as mine and said here. When I looked at my phone, the phone is not even mine!! It has other people's pictures in them. I complaint and they said it's your phone. They have no idea who these people are, they claimed it was in there when I gave it to them!



Later I found out they switched my plan and now I'm screwed until November. When it's actually over in August. They told me they found a good deal so they switched for me! I was not aware of this at all! I never received any deals and my payment is still the same!! They didn't just do this to me, they did it to all of their customers too!!



PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE SCANDALOUS!!



If I can I would give them "0" stars!! Their service is the worst service I ever received!!
