Agreed to a price then renegotiated after I drove 40 minutes to his store

Extremely unprofessional and shady. We agreed to a set price for a cell phone the store owner promised to buy. After reaching his store, he immediately decreased his offer by a ridiculous amount and said he needed a larger profit margin. He knew that I had mad a long drive and took advantage of the situation. I reluctantly agreed because I didn't want the trip to be a total waste. Owner ended up cursing and laughing at me through text several minutes after our transaction.
