Do NOT bring your phone here for anything! They are crooks. I brought my phone here to get led fixed. They said it would take a couple hours. I got my phone back two days later and when I got it they gave me wrong back cover. I told them this is not my cover he giggled and said no we don't do that this is how it came until I pulled out my other phone that had pictures of my phone in it than all the sudden he's like oh well let me check in the back. Than to top it off the phone doesn't even charge anymore. Smh don't take your equipment to this hack job low class dump that will be out of business as fast as they arrived

This is a terrible place. Please do not let them take your money. They have a whole system of ripping you off. This Brandon guy tells you to not buy the groupon online and that you can pay at the store. This way all of the unhappy customers they have wanting a refund cannot get one because the store only accepts payment in the form of debit. I paid $100 to get my screen fixed, never did they warn me that you are unable to type after they fix it. When I asked for a refund after giving them two chances to fix it, Brandon said that all he could do was fix the LED for $80 more. I felt robbed and sadly you can't even ask for a refund through your bank because they make you pay with debit. The two times I went in, ALL the customers waiting for their phone or iPad were furious! I was so naive to give this place a chance after reading their horrible reviews. Please don't use this place on hwy 6. Cell 4 Less should be closed down!

Had a great experience, new owners since all the bad reviews I think, had iPhone screen replaced while I had sushi (good too) in same strip center. $60. Perfect.

Terrible place! Avoid at all costs! I went on 1/21/2014 to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced. First of all they showed online through craigslist that it costs $50 to replace the screen then when I got to the store they try to get me to replace the entire LCD for $115. I tell them that I only want the screen replaced for $50 and haggle me by saying that my frame also needs to be replaced and in total they will only charge me $70 for a screen and frame.



I finally agree and after 1 hour the tech (hispanic) finishes the job and brings me my phone. The job was done so poorly that as soon as I login and try to write text messages my screen was not touch responsive and the Indian guy says that's normal and it will work in a couple hours. Well I stay in the store and I could see a black spot in the screen and I show the guy and he goes to the tech and the tech comes back saying that's the best they can do and I should've gotten the entire lcd replaced that comes with the screen attached already. I ask them to replace the lcd and the tech obviously didn't want to do anymore work on my phone and said that this is the best it's going to be so I leave and pay them $70. Over the next few hours my screen was still not working properly and isn't responsive to touch that well. My texts would skip letters on the keyboard. I finally took my phone to Dr. Cell Phone the next day on 1/22/2014 and they said that I received a defective screen from that store. I am never returning to that crooked place full of people that try to rip off people. They have a Groupon out right now. Beware! I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Took my daughters iPhone 5c to have the screen replaced. Ending paying $186 for a screen and new LCD. The whole thing is falling out and the LCD is messed up. Now they refuse to fix it. It's only been 2 months since the repair. Rip offs!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and Groupon!!

Evidently, I am the antithesis of most of the earlier reviewers on this site and others. My experience was quite favorable. I wanted a full featured, unlocked, smart phone but I couldn’t afford a new one. Cell 4 Less had a used one for sale that they advertised on Craig’s List for significantly less than I would have had to pay on eBay. James was the contact on the ad and he was very patient with me. He described the phone and even got some information from the phone’s memory for me. He assured me that it wasn’t blacklisted but then he even gave me the IMEI # so I could verify it myself. (Which I did, on the carrier’s blacklist and on several others.) Additionally, James agreed to hold the phone for me for about 4 hours. Very unusual and very much appreciated.



When I arrived it was similar to other cell phone shops that I have visited. They evidently work with a lot of carriers and had a decent selection of phones. It is a fairly modest enterprise. Brandon greeted me and explained that James wasn’t there. However, Brandon was just as helpful as James. He went out of his way to reassure me that the phone wasn’t stolen, lost or still under contract. I requested that he show me the IMEI on both the battery case and on the phone settings as well as check the moisture sensors with me. Everything checked out. He even offered me an Otter case at a much lower price than a box store and threw in a car charger to boot. All in all a great deal and a good experience. Another thing, Brandon made it clear that there was no rush and that he would answer any of my questions. Being my first smart phone, this was particularly kind.



The only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it took them 2 more days to get the unlock code for me. But they did get it and the phone appears to work superbly with aio Cellular. Bottom line, they kept their deal, the phone was as described and there don’t appear to be any problems. At all.



One peculiar thing did happen while I was there. A lady wanted to return a phone that she purchased because it (supposedly) didn’t work. The sales rep that talked with her was very patient and checked the phone over and it apparently worked fine. She complained that it didn’t work with her carrier’s sim card but, get this, she didn’t bring the sim card in. He assured her that had she brought the sim card with her he could have straightened out the problem. She just kept complaining that it didn’t work. I’m not sure how it was resolved. However, these guys are not a major supplier so eating the price of a phone is surely unpalatable. I am sure that they would have made things right if there was a problem. But the phone worked!



Sorry to have gone on so long but it irritates me when a store gets bad reviews and deserves some good ones. Those other reviewers may have had problems but I did not.

They are awful , your phone won't work after repair and they will put a fake screen for you . They also will try to charge you even more. Just don't go there at all

Terrible. I bought Groupon for iPhone screen repair. I took my phone in full functioning and got it back absolutely inoperable. I had it taken apart afterward. It appears they stole my operable motherboard and gave me an inoperable one. The serial number of my phone no longer matches the serial number of my motherboard. They took zero accountability and blamed me for it not functioning while it was in their possession. I feel they took it to make more money by up selling me and or so they could sell my motherboard to another person. Do not go here!

Would give negative stars if I could! Do not take anything here! Took them my PERFECTLY WORKING iPad with only a crack in the screen. They gave it back to me NOT WORKING AT ALL and blamed apple saying that apple used a piece of tape to hold something together inside. SERIOUSLY?! Total crooks and scammers who break things and LIE ABOUT IT! Now I'm out a $600 piece of technology and they refuse to do anything!

I had the best exp. Those guys no what their doing. I had a galaxy3&4 that needed screens both phones were fixed n a hour. I recommend them to all my friends. #CELL 4 LESS!!
