DONT MOVE HERE!!! Its so nasty and dirty in the grounds. The rent is high and still increasing. Before u move in,walk around n see what am talking bout.If u dont hve a sticker on car ur vehicle wil get towed away.Ur only alowed a sticker to the amount of adult on ur contract.U also need insurance to get sticker. They dont care if your car gets towed. The inside of the apartment halls is nasty dirty. They r remodeling but cant even fix d problems for 3weeks now. Move in if u want to pay high rent for dirty apartments. The trash cans r always over filling on to the parking lot.

DON'T DO IT, IN THE COUPLE YEARS I LIVED HAD SO MANY ISSUES, THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX ANYTHING,THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY SINGLE THING, KEEP RAISING RENT AND HOUSE LIKE 20 PEOPLE IN EACH APARTMENT, HAVE MULTIPLE ROBBERIES AND BREAK INS,I JUST MOVED OUT,I HAD TO MOVE, COULDN'T DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE

Moved in Mar. 22, they gave me an apartment with no meter, it took center point 5days and I got charged bc it was the apartments fault. My plugs in the living room still don't work, the ac is a constant problem. If you're one day late for rent these bitches will harrass you and strong arm you into giving them collateral. The tile floors have caused injuries to my child since day one, and the bugs are a big problem. The neighbors fight constantly and the police are here all the time. They've done 3 rent increases since I moved in. Hope you don't want warm water bc half the time you won't get it.. Just look somewhere else, save your time and patients.

i live for 6 months now i'm happy with my apartment and poeple working by the office are very nice
