Worst service ever! Republic Services opened my account in the wrong name. I called to correct it and the CSR said she couldn't. That resulted in all my auto payments being declined. The name didn't match the bank records. Their recycling bins attracted rodent infestation. Called the exterminator. I cancelled recycling. RS still charges for it. They interrupted service that it their fault caused by incorrect account name. Their customer service is terrible. I've called and emailed and never get a resolution. And they often miss pick ups. If you have a choice don't choose Republic.
