I just called about leather Repair on my sofa customer service was so horrible on the phone I didn't even go any further

My parents used them many times several years ago and were never disappointed. The people are friendly, prices are fair and they do quality work.

Castilian Upholstery has just made me two of the most beautiful pillows I have ever seen. The quality of their work is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jennifer at Castilian Upholstery assisted me in measuring for ottoman slipcovers. I told her they would need to be cleaned frequently and she took this into account when suggesting material and measurements. I was told to only dry clean the slipcovers. After paying over $800.00, and only one dry cleaning, the slipcovers shrunk inches and no longer fit. I called and left a message for Jennifer who never returned my call. The President of Castilian, David Joseph, would not stand behind his product. He blamed the dry cleaners and compared my slipcovers to a car purchase. He would not make this situation right. I am out a lot of money and have nothing to show for it except poorly made slipcovers that don't fit. Do NOT do business with Castilian! You will be sorry if you do!
