Went there on Nov 19 2014 on College Ave to discuss options for a stereo for my 2013 Ford F-150 and the salesman Edgar was very helpful to my needs of options. Although I didn't buy the option package on my visit that I was shown. I will be going back soon to make the purchase of the stereo and car alarm. Was Edgar very helpful? Yes he was with no pressure of trying to make a sell.

I recommend this place for getting consulting of a stereo needs along with an alarm unit if you have any doubt of other stores.

I have gone to Cartek on College I bought an in-dash and it was the worst experience ever.... to start off they sold me the unit as new and and instead they gave me a refurbished unit, I also had it installed. They told me that the installation would take 1 to 2 hours instead it took over 6 hours. A month later the in-dash stopped working; when I bought it they told me it had a one year warranty. I went back to Cartek to have the radio checked ... but they told me that I would have to pay $89.99 to have it warrantied ..... it pissed me off that i would have to pay so much for it but i had already spent over $400.00 so I went ahead and had them send it off to the company they told me it would take 2-4 weeks because they did not have a replacement it's been six months and over 30 calls and the lady that takes care of the warranties can not give me an answer instead they are very rude.... I have called the manufacture and they do not charge for repairs if it under warranty with receipt .. all i would have to pay is shipping and that would only run about $20.00 .... when i went to try to just get my radio they where very rude and they had me waiting for over 2 hours and still i have nothing except a hole in my pocket that was made @ cartek til this day i have no radio !!!!!
