This complex is called "luxury" not a single thing about this complex is "luxury"! Most things tend to not work when you want them to and getting something fixed takes longer than it would take to fix it 10 times over. The management never has any idea of what is going on, as long as they are happy they don't care about the happiness or well-being of the tenants.

I had requested a mold inspector come through my apt because we did an at home mold test, which of course grew a whole lot of mold, the main manager went to tell me that if we had put it by the windows, bathrooms, water heater, or laundry room then it was going to grow mold, that included the ENTIRE apt.

They are notorious for not making sure the correct thing is getting done. To transfer apts it took us a whole month because the management couldn't figure out how to clean the correct apt.

The apts were clearly put up in a matter of months. Not a single contractor did good work. None of our walls are square, the doors don't close correctly, windows don't close correctly cuz they are unlevel, they replaced the weather stripping on back door with caulk.



I've lived a few places and nothing disgust me like these apts and it's management!



attempting to move into these apts thinking you're going to get LUXURY will be the biggest disappointment! You're best bet is to just avoid these at all cost!!!!!

I have lived here for 2 years and out of those 2 years for a year in a half the gate has been broken, this is all three gates for entry. Anyone can come in. My next door neighbor had his apt broken into in broad day light. They tow away residents car with out any problems. The worst customer service that can be found in Houston area apt. They call it luxury apartments, I don't see that at all.
