Kathleen Carpenter drew our house plans in 1998/1999. We moved into our dream home in April, 2000. During construction process our building contractor was amazed that no changes or adjustments were required. Working with Kathleen was akin to working with my best friend, she listened to our ideas and gave great insights to bring our ideas to reality. Kathleen took extreme pride in her designs leaving no wasted space in our home. After 7 years, I still marvel that there is nothing I would change. I highly recommend Kathleen as an architect and a friend. If we build again we will definitely use Kathleen.
