I CAN SEE FROM BELOW THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WALTER. ALWAYS ASKED FOR MONEY UP FRONT, DIDN'T ALWAYS SHOW UP, QUALITY LACKING, WON'T ANSWER PHONE....

Take your chances when you hire Walter. He promised a time frame to complete the job and asked for a big lump sum payment. He would then ask for 25%-30% of the rest each week. He would threaten to stop sending people if his demands are not met. After getting all but a small amount of the contract value and over twice the amount of time has passed, he simply disappeared, leaving a lot of work unfinished. Quality of work is so bad that moldings started to come apart and paint chipped soon after. He would cheat his subcontractors and be prepared to fight legal battles.

We hired them to do a simple bar cabinet, they asked for 1/2 up front, did , the cabinets, and did not finish, missing glass on door, they came to paint first and asked for 25% of remaining half and then they never returned, Left it incomplete, no bar top, no sink, the owner just lies about everything. Will never hire them again.
