This place is very shady...if you can't tell by just looking at it. I got in an accident on 2/18/14 and the wrecker told me he had to take it to this place even though I asked to be taken somewhere else. When I got there the place gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. They immediately took my car to the back of the storage area before I could get my personal belongings. When I asked to get my things out of the car I was made to sign a release. I was so shaken by the accident that I didn't even realize at the time how this makes no sense. Who has someone sign a release before they have removed their items? And who moves a vehicle to the back of the lot before the owner has removed their belongings? When I got to my car I noticed that a gift I purchased had been taken out of the trunk. Do not take your car to this establishment. Their customer service is horrible and I believe they have some kind of set up with the wrecker to steal valuables from cars when people are most vulnerable.
