Jacob, John and the whole team at CarZone were very helpful and professional. They completed my vehicle in two days when most would have taken a week or more!! The work was flawless and they detailed the entire exterior before delivering to me. I will definitely be a returning customer!

They get one star because you have to give them one. Like all the other reviews from people that don't work there say.... They keep your car forever, Mines running at 153 days there, still not fixed, get the run around, give you attitude when you gave them business and then excuse after excuse. "we are calling in a specialist" it's a truck, you guys are mechanics... that should be your specialty. Wont answer calls and they tell me that the employee's are not there as im watching them be there. This place is horrible.. the worst experience i've ever had with a vehicle. They didn't even use new parts that my insurance paid for. Please read the reviews from real customers not employee's and take your business elsewhere...

Jacob is the one that tries to lure customers into taking their business to this shop. He "Promises" exellent customer care, "Assures" you Factory made parts and once he has you "Locked In" he VANISHES from the shop, no where to be Reached or Seen. Leaving you with Unanswered Questions, Promises NOT kept and a HORRIBLE Attitude when he Finally makes an "Appearance" at the shop. They REFUSED to provide the Invoices, which leads to believe they have something to hide. This is NOT a legit business! Jacob is manipulate and vendictive once you hand over that Check! The only Reasonable person there is Alex, so if you are "forced" into even having to go to this shop, talk to Alex. Stay AWAY from the lying, fraud of a lame excuse for a man that is Jacob!

Dont waste your time for this body shop. They have kept my car almost 2 months and gave me 3 junk cars when car rental was expired :No a/c, broken windshield, stuck steering wheel, car stop suddenly, ect. No any star for Nw carzone

I Am very disappointed in carzone. My car been there since February 13th, James who is the manager of the body shop promised me that carzone would take good care of me. Smh after being told and promised that my car was going to be done and ready on February 23rd, I called up there on that day and James told me my car is not finished and Friday evening it will be ready! Ok so I waited and February 27th my car was not finished, James ensured that my car will be ready Saturday morning no later than that evening. So I gave James a call today around 12:30pm and he told me that he would have to do an alignment and also check my suspensions on my car and he told me to call back in an hour. So I called back in 2hours just to give him some time and the "mechanic shop manager" said he left for the day and the shop closed at 2. This is very disturbing to hear when u have been patiently waiting and being nice to these guys. The so called manager was rude and tried to talk over me, I'm sorry but this is horrible customer service. Now they have to call the insurance company AGAIN because the suspension is bent. You didnt know that when the adjuster came out and when u painted the car??? Like damn what are Yall really doing with my car. But it's ok I'm going to follow my first mind and go up there Monday morning Since talking to them over the phone is not the right way to do it!

Awesome staff and great work. Price wa s fair and service was quick. Had these guys replace my front bumber and repaint the car.
