I would rather voluntarily give up my first born child than to have to deal with the incompetence that consumes their management. Everyone is all great and good...until you have a problem..or wonder why your payments are not being properly documented, and they continue to charge you for things you have already paid for.

I had to contact corporate not once, but twice, in the 3 years I lived in this horrible apartment complex. In that time I also had to hire a lawyer to deal with simple complaints I had within the complex that the managers could not be bothered to amend.

The apartment complex also cannot legally inform "future" residents about the crime that consumes the complex (nor will they bother to show you the GHETTO apartments that share the back road at the back left side of the buildings). The people from the bordering complex hop the fence, use the pools we pay for, play basketball after hours and cause fights at the courts. The complex is NOT monitored at night like they say it is, and is not nearly as safe as they make it seem. I would definitely recommend contacting the police department before renting for the police reports made from the Camden Holly Springs residential area.

This complex is a waste of money and, more importantly, your precious time. If you ever have problems, do not ever count on the management to take care or handle anything in a timely or professional manner. I spent so much time and effort arguing with the management due to their complete and utter negligence.

I will never, NEVER, recommend Camden properties and urge you to re-think the pretty fountain and seemingly nice/safe complex for the sake of your sanity.
