Service is very slow and they charge for refills on sodas. However the food was good.

I come here a lot because the foods is so amazing and the service is great. I strongly recommend the milk tea. It's so delicious that now I make it at home.

Let me start by saying that i have been a loyal customer ever since they opened this place a few years ago.... But man their service has changed since they opened, the waitresses are pretty good but i can't say the same about the 2 waiters/manager wannabes that work there.



I host a meet and greet there on a weekly basis there and i bring around 20-25 paying customers each time. It seems to me that every time that i have a large group, they don not allow the waitresses to serve us, instead we are stuck with the same sh*t faced waiters all the times.



Last time it took the little sh*t faced dwarf waiter 1 hour to take our order and another 45 minutes to serve the food, the place was empty so i didnt really see the hold up due to rush hour business. Nobody got refills on drinks! and even though we split up the group in 4 different smaller tables, we still got charged 18% gratuity.... we don't mind tipping a little extra if they can provide a somehow decent service, but having to pay 18% tip when nobody got refills seems like unfair to me.



My suggestion is to get rid of the guys and let the women run the show! Those two sh*t faced guys deserve a good *ss kicking..... they can't even speak english and they make it look like is your fault that you can't understand what they are saying! I am done with hosting my meet and greets there and will start taking my business to a more proper place that do care about the service they provide to long time customers!



IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.... CAFE 101 IS NOT THE PLACE!
