Summary:
Oil pan plug cross threaded causing $1200+ of damage. Multiple calls/voicemails to Cabana's management and corporate offices were not returned. Local management refused to accept any blame or responsibility.

History:
We took my wife's truck here for an oil change. We noticed a leak the next day and immediately called them and brought the truck by for them to take a look at the "leak". After a quick look, they recommended we take the vehicle to a mechanic for a bad seal/hose.

We brought the truck into the same trusted mechanic that has worked on this truck (and done the oil changes) for over two decades (it's a 1995). He informed us that the plug/threads were completely stripped/cross-threaded. Repairing the oil pan on this truck involves lifting out the engine and is a significant effort. Our only option was to completely seal the plug and the mechanic will resort to siphoning/flushing the oil.

We spoke at length with the mechanic about our options and even sought the advice of an attorney. Basically, without detailed photos before/after, affidavits, etc, we're screwed and there's nothing we can do.

I now have 2 large spots by my windshield where the paint has been removed after just getting my car washed there. They first tried to tell me they were pre existing. When I pointed out there was no rust, they claimed the paint must have bubbled. Thieves and liars. Better to drive farther and go anywhere else. Don't know what it's going to cost to get this fixed but you can bet they won't take responsibility.

I took my 2014 Evolution here to get a car wash on 7/14/16. It has OE-size wheels and tires, even though the wheels are aftermarket. The auto car wash shredded both left-side wheels. To date I have been in discussions with Tom Formeller, and to a lesser degree Oscar Escobar, both self-professed 'Managers'. There has been zero resolution to this issue in the almost 3 weeks since, even though there is proof via pictures taken by myself, Oscar, and John (an assistant manager), plus a report taken by John as soon as the car rolled off the auto car wash. I apparently paid $25 to have $500 in damage done to my car by their auto car wash. If you have a nice car, or even if you don't, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

If there is a resolution in the next few days, I'll consider altering this review. If not, a Letter of Intent to sue for damages is ready to be mailed.

I can't even find the word to express the discuss I have with the employees of this place! I do understand sometimes we accept jobs bc at moment can't do better but regardless if you hate your job or not, we as customers are the reason yall have a job and I feel the owner should demand more from employees. They are rude, aggressive and totally have no respect for their customers! I am here waiting for my car to be finish wash and I am still in shock. I asked the young kid to please come here he said he is tired and remain sitting while I am in the line to get car wash. I asked someone else and he ignored me! Finally I said if he is on lunch and he said no he is tired so remaining sitting. Finally after several back and forth he came, I asked him to please change my blades because they are bad and can't see when it rain and he Told me its to much of an hassle and he is tired and I can come back in line once I finish washing car. I said ok thank you because obviously no matter what I said he won't care so why argue. I went in side and ask the lady for manager and she said she is to busy to get me a manager so I said ok. Now I sit here patiently waiting for my car to be wash so I can get out of this place and never ever return. This is the 2nd time I've had issues and problems happens this is normal but no way customer service can be this bad and I actually forgive and return. I spent my money I should get just a fracture of service for the money I am spending. Guess it doesn't affect the business income how their employee acts so why would management or owners care what customers say or think. I am disappointed and disgust by this place!!!

WORST CAR WASH EVER!! THIEVES!...

WORST CAR WASH EVER!! THIEVES!! My husband, being the amazing husband that he is surprised me by taking my car to get washed just a couple days ago. Well the real surprise came when I realized my ipod touch had been removed from my car. It was there unbeknownst to my hubby or he would have removed it. As soon as I realized it i called the carwash, but the manager "George" is a total jerk. He doesn't care and is defending his employees that stole even though my hubby can identify exactly who was cleaning out the vehicle that day. Funny thing is, he's a hispanic fellow and all the employees are too. I guess he's just protecting his buddies. DON'T GO HERE! THEY GIVE THEIR EMPLOYEES THE RIGHT TO STEAL!! Not to mention they stripped the oil plug in my volvo and never clean the rims or under the seats!!

Bad customer service

The girl who answered the phone was not knowledgeable about their services and her tone of voice was impatient. At the end she hung up the phone before I even had a chance to finish my question. I would not take my car there due to lack of professionalism.
