I'm planning my wedding for next year and I found Graham very easy to work with. He answered his phone quickly, and even though he was at lunch he took time to work with me on some options and sent me a great guide to look through on how to work with him and gave me some thoughts for the event. We haven't finished things yet but I thought his prices were very reasonable. Things have obviously had to move out quite a way now but I look forward to working with him!

Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Not a good choice if you are trying to work with a strict budget. I told Graham my budget from the beginning, which he said he could work with. After some budget discussions, It took a week to hear back from Graham on my order. When I finally did he had a pretentious attitude and made fun of my venue, menu choices, and budget. I am single working mom so I couldn't afford the most expensive options (which he said he could comply with from the beginning). I am very shocked and hurt by his behavior and have never been treated this way by anyone in the customer service industry.

I recently worked with Butter & Co to cater a college graduation party for my daughter.

The tasting went well, food was pretty good. We shared all of our expectations, including budget and headcount (50-80), and Graham said he could definitely make it work and it would be fabulous. Imagine my surprise when I received the proposal 40% over budget!!! We exchanged a few emails to negotiate different food options and prices. (Side note: He takes a long time to respond to emails and never "replies to all", very annoyinig). I finally agreed to another proposal that was 20% over budget because we were 3 weeks away from the event and I was desperate. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. I've sent 5 emails and left 2 voicemails and he couldn't even take a few seconds to reply. Now we are 2 weeks away from our event and I am left stressed and scrambling to try to arrange another caterer. Butter & Company is the most inept, unprofessional vendor I have ever had the displeasure of working with

We used Butter and Company for our company's launch party and were very happy with them. They gave us some good advice on how to do the best with our budget and took care of all the details for us!
