Manager Commendation

One of your store managers should be commended. On 2/22/08 at 4:30 PM at your 10680 Hammerly Blvd., Houston, TX location, Vincinte reacted immediately when I pointed out to him an overflowing trash can at the exit of the facility. He thanked me and promptly walked over to empty it before I left the location. Such response is quite unusual and I think you should be aware of the highly commendable work ethics of one of your employees. I asked for his name and position as I was leaving.
