Tyler at Burdens saved my day!!!This is a local family owned business in Spring Branch opened in 1969. When I walked in to get a new vacuum to suit my family needs I was already very stressed out. I simply told him I needed a easy to use machine made for busy moms in a certain price range. So, he showed me my options. I chose this 12.0 amp Panasonic. Then he informed me on how to use every part of the Vacuum I had chosen, put a fresh belt on, suggested quality carpet freshener and added some to the bag so I could try it, and ordered an amazing accessory to clean my mattresses and couches with. We also talked about helping the community recover from this flood by having quality mold removal products and dry machines. He reassured me that customer service still exists. I came out way under budget compared to going to Home Depot or Lowes. I delt with no line or chaos.This will be a lifelong company I use for all of my vacuuming and cleaning needs! I support Burdens 100%

Clerk growled a greeting, found me bags that "will fit" (not the right ones), and THEN told me I couldn't use my debit card for a less than $10 purchase. Why? According to the owner, because that was his mother's policy. I kept feeling that I was on Saturday Night Live. Now looking--once again--for vacuum bags.

Horrible customer service. Replaced my vacuum with older broken model and told me that was my vacuum cleaner.

I love Burdens. This is a great business. They are always polite and will carry your vacuum in and out for you. My current machine came from another store but when I needed a new belt (teenagers will suck up everything on the floor), they replaced it quickly and for just $5.00, what a deal! They also carry a great all natural air freshener that I love, but were out of. The repair man gave me the sampler (which was almost full) to tide me over until their next shipment came in. That was unexpected but what a nice thing to do. My next machine will definitely come from these guys.
