We have lived in the Houston area for just over a year, and we have been very impressed by and pleased with the service we've received from Bulwark. They always send a text or call a day before they're scheduled to arrive, and they are always pleasant and polite. Our service technician, Michael Costello, asks if we've had any specific pest issues, and if so, he treats them in addition to the regularly scheduled service. We had on instance where we had a few cockroaches appearing inside our home, and Bulwark was great about setting up a time to come do an extra treatment inside the home for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company based on the excellent customer service we have received.

This is the first time I have used Bulwark Exterminating. Richard Young was my technican and I will definitely request his services again. He was prompt, efficient, and very professional. Very courteous and respectful, too. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you!

The company is great at follow ups and will take care of any issues. If you can ask for any of the reps ask for MARIO. He is the nicest most attentive rep they have. (We've been through a few). Our issues are different than any one else's of course. But they are still not done fixing the issues, but because of Mario, we are still giving them a chance. Thanks Mario for reminding us people still care!

We have been using Bulwark for three years now and have always been pleased with their excellent customer service, both in the office and from all the technicians who have visited our home. On the odd occasion we have requested a visit in-between service calls, we have not had to wait long for an appointment. Our current technician, Mario Pham is always pleasant, punctual and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the company and also Mario Pham.

We have used Bulwark for a year and have been very satisfied. Vincent Mendez has been our technician and has done an excellent job. Very courteous and friendly and knowledgable. Addresses all our of pest concerns. Is mindful of children, pets, gardens when treating for pests and rodents.

I've used Bulwark for a while now. They do a really good job and if you ever need anything in between your service visits they come out and take care of it at no extra charge. They send the same technician which is nice. Our technician is James Foster and he great - always friendly, professional and thorough.

I have used Bulwark for almost 2 years and I have been very happy with the service and the results. We have never had problems with bugs in the house. Our technician, James Foster, knows our house and remembers any prior outdoor issues we have had. He is knowedgable and answers any questions that I have. We are notified days ahead of time when Mr. Foster will come for service. He is always prompt. We have recommended Bulwark to two of our neighbors and they now use Bulwark as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

We started using Bulwark when we moved into our new home 5 months ago. We began service as a preventative measure, but with new construction we found we had a problem with ants in our walls. Our technician, James Foster, was great about coming out aside from our regular treatments to help take care of the ants. He offered knowledge and advice about the problem, and helped to get the problem cleared up. He is very friendly and helpful. We have been satisfied with the quality of service and control of pests thus far. We also like that we get service every 2 months, rather than quarterly service.

My technician Vincent Mendez was excellent; he explained all the treatment prior to start working. He also listen my concerns and addressed attention to them. I will recommend this company to everybody.

I have been with them for more than a year, our tech John. P was very professional, respectful and very friendly. I never had a problem with him. We had to move to another house and I was very worried to deal with a deferent tech, but Ape .S was just the same. Very nice guy and does his job perfectly. The best thing about him he listen to all my concerns. In conclusion the company is very professional and I definitely recommend them.

I've been dealing with Bulwark for a year now and have just asked to continue my service with them again for another year. They have a great customer service, always get someone out to me quickly if I need any booster visits and my technician Phillip Harris is always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We recently moved to Texas and are new homeowners. We did not have a specific infestation, but we want to insure that we stay ahead of any problems that may develop. We used Bulwark based on a recommendation from a friend in the area and were fortunate enough to land James Foster as our tech. He was extremely professional, honest, and helpful to us as he explained what he was going to do and how the service and treatments work. He was also very willing to offer some suggestions and advice to help make the service more effective, as well as to make us feel more comfortable about the fact that we're new owners. We of course aren't using Bulwark to get some laughs or make a friend, but James has a great personality and is willing to work until the job is done. When your "bug guy" makes you feel at ease, gets you to laugh, and seems to be working with your best interests at heart, that goes a long way. We've dealt with several "customer service" experiences since moving here, and I never anticipated that the pest control one would be the best. But that it has been so far, and we're looking forward to working with James and Bulwark as we settle in.

Bulwark Exterminating does an excellent job with pest control. Phillip Harris does a very professional job. He always asks if there are any concerns prior to treatement. He is very knowledgeable in answering any questions I might have.

Bulwark Exterminating LLC., has been excellent. My Tech, Phillip, always calls me when he's on the way so I can get my dogs up, he takes time prior to treating to see if there is any concerns and will answer any of my questions professionally. When I have an issue with a pest prior to my next scheduled quarterly treatment, they'll be sure to send someone out in a timely manner at no extra cost.
