When talking with the manager about a horrid experience he said no where in the company policy does it state that they are obligated to go above and beyond. Trust me he absolutely did not go above and beyond. I would never recommend this company or any of their surplus windows. Though my contractor and I tested the window for opening and closing as well as no broken glass, one window we discovered would not stay open! When calling the store, the response is you are responsible for inspecting surplus windows. There should be a sign to test that windows stay up. To take the window out would require $200 contractor fee and more materials. This company is far from empathetic or helpful when a problem arises from a repeat customer.

Any company who does not value their customers nor take on the approach of going above and beyond is not a company worth doing business with when there are so many other choices out there!
