service is lacking in all areas, except sales. sales will walk through fire for you, but after you have signed, that level of attention never returns.



Deliveries are typically late, and always incomplete. back orders can take an additional 3-7 weeks with no follow up from them, if you want information you have to chase them. which is always fun for a small builder like me.



they dont stand behind their product, once it is on your home, its your problem, and good luck to you. If you want them to check out a problem they will trip charge you to see if their product has failed.



I have used them for over a year, since champion windows, had a down turn, but no longer - they have cost me too many customers, too many warranties and I have had to pay too much out of pocket to get what should be standard service.



Take note BFS, and if you think you should use them, think again.
